Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time & Methods
- Standard Shipping Only (Ground):
Orders typically leave the warehouse the same or next business day and arrive within 3–7 business days.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delivery Area
- Continental U.S.: Shipping available in continental 48 US states.
- Hawaii, Alaska, US territories and international shipments are currently not supported.
Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs and handling fees, unless otherwise stated during promotions.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for select products.
Delivery Delays & Exceptions
We strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, extreme weather, or other events outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll work to assist you.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Items classified as hazardous materials may be subject to special handling requirements.
Split Shipments
For faster fulfillment, your order may be split into multiple shipments based on product availability and order size.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Eligibility & Timeframe:
- Non-Defective, Non-Hazmat Products (No Battery):
Returnable within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. - Defective Non-Hazmat Products:
Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days, coverage shifts to the regular product warranty. - Defective Hazmat Products with Battery (Under 300WH):
Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided items are correctly labeled and returned in original packaging. After the 30 day return period, coverage shifts to the standard warranty process. - Defective Hazmat Products with Battery (Above 300WH):
Not returnable due to hazardous materials regulations. However, a replacement order may be issued through customer service if the item is defective.
Return Authorization:
All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team https://beta.skil.com/pages/contact-us with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Packaging Requirements:
Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items returned damaged due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
Timeline:
Approved refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receiving your return.
Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Restocking Fees:
No restocking fees apply if return requirements are met.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper return packaging
- Hazmat products with batteries above 300WH
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 60 minutes of being placed. After this window, the order will begin processing and can no longer be canceled.
If you miss the cancellation window, you may still be eligible to return the item(s) after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Cancel an Order
You can cancel your order in one of two ways:
- Self‑service on the order status page: Click the link in your order confirmation email to open your order status page and select “Cancel Order.” (Note: cancellation is only available from the order status page— not on the confirmation/thank‑you page.) Once the cancellation window has expired, the option to cancel your order will no longer be available.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is received within the allowed window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
